Hey, I’m JP, the coach behind RojoCoach.I help people who are tired of feeling drained — physically, mentally, and emotionally — get their energy, focus, and confidence back.
I’m a certified nutrition and lifestyle coach, trained by Precision Nutrition, and I specialize in helping people improve their sleep, stress, and recovery so they can finally feel in control of their health again.
I started RojoCoach as a solo project, but with the vision of building something bigger — a wellness brand that grows into a small, trusted team helping thousands of people live calmer, stronger, and more balanced lives.
